A credit or debit card is required to secure all Maison Pierre reservations. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before noon the day before your arrival. If a booking is cancelled after this period, or you do not show up to your booking, the booking will be charged in full. To cover any potential charges relating to the use of the in-room mini bar, we require a £50 holding deposit from all guests upon check-in.
Gift Cards can be redeemed against your hotel stay, or food and drink within Bistrot Pierre. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards are non-transferable and can be used for full or part payment. No change will be given and any remaining balances can be spent on future purchases. You can cancel your order within 14 days of ordering and receive a full refund. Refunds will be given using the same original method of payment. Bistrot Pierre will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards can be purchased via our online gift card store only, and cannot be purchased in our hotels. We accept GBP payments from Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards. We do not accept American Express.
